Heart Month

Heart Month at the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation

February is Heart Month—a time to focus on raising awareness about cardiovascular health and the steps we can take to improve heart health. Heart disease affects nearly everyone, whether directly or through a loved one, and remains the second leading cause of death for both men and women in Canada. It’s an important reminder to prioritize heart health and take action to reduce the risks we can control.

The Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation is dedicated to supporting Heart Month by raising awareness and funding for vital cardiac care initiatives. Throughout February, we focus on promoting heart health and supporting events that bring attention to the importance of cardiovascular wellness. Our commitment helps ensure that the CK Hui Heart Centre continues to provide exceptional care and innovation, benefiting countless patients in our community and beyond.
