We are pleased to share that Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation’s Amazing At The Alex program relaunched with inspiring new branding during the annual Patient and Provider Experience Office Summit on May 30th, 2024, bringing a refreshed avenue for all healthcare workers and hospital staff to receive recognition for the incredible difference they make in people’s lives, no matter their position.

The program allows patients and visitors to the hospital to make a donation and nominate staff at the Royal Alexandra Hospital —physicians, nurses, as well as administrative, custodial, security and all manner of support staff—for an Amazing At The Alex award, thanking and acknowledging them for their help and compassion. The relaunch hopes to reinvigorate the program, inspiring more nominations and better celebrating those individual members deserving of recognition. The donations received through the program reflect the gratitude of those our healthcare professionals assist, and helps support the hospital, allowing them to continue to give back!

Themed around superheroes to reflect the actual heroes this program looks to honour, the campaign returned with all new logos, promotional materials, videos, and flair, reinforcing the idea that anyone can be a hero for somebody.
